The Rosebud II is our most compact speaker, but don't let its size fool you. Most people find it hard to believe that such a small speaker can make such a big sound, with deep, rich bass and startling dynamics. Some people who formerly owned six-figure audio systems find they are happier with a pair of Rosebud IIs, a Passion, or a Model 5.

Rosebud IIs are easy to drive and can be driven by a wide range of electronics and good quality receivers. Rosette 1 and Passion are ideal mates for Rosebud II.

Each Rosebud II contains one special ribbon driver and one 5" woofer offering exceptional performance, both proprietary and unavailable elsewhere.

Standard finishes are Rosewood, and a beautiful hardwood from France called French Sycamore. French Sycamore is light enough to go with light finishes, but has enough color to go with darker finishes as well. The color is a beige with some reddish tones, and very delicate grain patterns Other finishes are available, sometimes at extra cost.

The Rosebud II Ribbon Speaker is a compact and affordable, but world-class in performance. It offers a combination of natural sound, detail, timbre, imaging and deep bass and punch that seem unlikely to come from such a small speaker.

The performance of Rosebud II is made possible by special hand-built drivers, cabinet, and ear-tuned crossover network. The woofer is incredibly fast yet handles power with ease. The ribbon tweeter is exceptionally smooth and dynamic, with excellent dispersion characteristics. Rosebud II can be driven by the Passion or Model 5.

The Rosebud II speaker stands are designed specifically for the Rosebud II speakers and complement them with the same exquisite finish as well. They are available in two heights.

The short stands are 12" tall and sell for $1,000/pair.
